Dear Maintainer, Debhelper 14 has reached forky, which comes with niceties regarding modprobe support. However if developers switch to this new version to use the new modprobe functions, they will have to revert the changes when building for trixie-backports. Having a compat=14 support in trixie-backport would allow to ease the life of maintainers wanting to rely on the new features that compat=14 offers. Thanks! Agathe.
