After installing ufw, choosing to start ufw automatically and choosing to authorise the SSH service, ufw is unable to start: root@debian# service ufw start Starting firewall: ufw...iptables-restore: line 2 failed: No chain/target/match by that name. failed. Then all outgoing connections appear to be blocked. "ufw disable" restores internet connectivity. Rebooting results in the same error and symptoms.
