The inkscape "hershey fonts" plugin contains various fonts under the
following license:

This has two problems:
- The license isn't included in the copyright file.
- This is a non-free license, because of clause 2.

The fonts should be dropped from the inkscape binary and source package,
and perhaps placed in a non-free `inkscape-hershey-fonts` package.
