Package: procps
Version: 2:4.0.6-2
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]

Dear Maintainer,

When doing `apt upgrade`, the new version has included the same file also
included by package manpages-zh:

```
Unpacking procps (2:4.0.6-2) over (2:4.0.4-9+b2) ...
dpkg: error processing archive
/tmp/apt-dpkg-install-HFjQzJ/01-procps_2%3a4.0.6-2_amd64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/zh_CN/man1/kill.1.gz', which is also in
package manpages-zh (1.6.4.3-1)
```

As a result only one of the 2 packages can be installed.
