If xmms is launched with a UTF-8 locale, all GTK dialogs
(preference panel, file load panel, error dialogs) appear with no text.
If xmms is launched with LANG=en_US (no UTF-8 qualifier), then
the dialogs appear normally. LANG=C works as well.
