The PrivacyPolicy.md file is in the source, under docs/, so I guess we just need to add it to the files we process into html, and then point at it. I suspect that you already know how to make that happen, whereas I'm going to need to rummage around the source a bit to remind myself of where to insert the relevant incantation, so if it's little effort for you, please go ahead and make it so.
