Package: im-config Version: 0.62 Severity: normal Using profile to set environment for wayland was bad idea.
Considering text-input-unstable-v3 is becoming defacto IM interface to Wayland compositor and packages such as GNOME has systemd user script, it is best to keep away from configuration of IM on Wayland using im-config. (I tried to do it but I removed such updated code. I will add more to this report later. Let me file this before I upload my updated 1.0 im-config.
