Bug#1141076: `pam_start_confdir()` does not use `confdir` for include and substack directives.

The bug is back in 1.7.0-7 and the 1.7.0-6 version isn't available in
`testing` anymore.

Can I find 1.7.0-6 in another repo where it will not disappear?
