I put severity to "serious" because failing i386 test will block
Cyrus-Imapd migration.

This was the way I found to keep Cyrus-Imapd in Debian 13. Reverting
this without fixing libical problems means expelling Cyrus-Imapd from Forky.
Upstream doesn't want to workaround this in their test since it is a
real bug in libical and they don't want to waste time to inspect this
library.
So OK, let's keep things and wait for Cyrus-Imapd removal (I' no more
using it in real life, so it's OK for me too).
