I think this bug doesn't deserve to be at severity serious. Supporting architectures other than amd64 where the binaries FTBFS and are not already present is normally treated as wishlist.

@Carlos, as long as dante-server isn't built on armhf, you'll have to make sure the autopkgtest of curl doesn't (need to) depend on it on that architecture.
