Later, we will introduce tests that actually exercise the new functionality. Revert "d-r-s t2u: accept and pass through pristine-tar metadata" This reverts commit e09b71e637ce23c87992fbb1d9b5cdf058a61878. Revert "tests: t2u: Demonstrate that service rejects pristine-tar metadata" This reverts commit d9f55e0b07ad490653e9dec7347155a062e7b9af. This indeed inclusded a complete revert of "d-r-s t2u: accept and pass through pristine-tar metadata". But *that* commit, as per its commit message, isn't just a test commit. We should have reverted only the test case. This error broke pristine-tar support. But, it only broke when 15.11 was deployed on the oracle, which happened only very recently.
