Description : simple I/O traits for no-std (and std) environments

bitcoin-io provides minimal Read/Write-style I/O traits that work in both std
and no-std environments. It is a foundational crate in the rust-bitcoin
ecosystem, used by rust-bitcoin and rust-secp256k1.

I intend to maintain this package within the Debian Rust Maintainers team. It
is a step toward packaging the wider rust-bitcoin stack for Debian.

Packaging 0.1.101 rather than the latest 0.6.0: 0.6.0 requires
bitcoin-internals 0.6, while Debian currently has 0.5.0 (which
librust-bitcoin-hashes and librust-bitcoin-consensus-encoding depend on).
0.1.101 builds against the archive as-is, needing only
librust-bitcoin-consensus-encoding-1. The 0.6.x line can follow once
bitcoin-internals 0.6 is available.
Ying-Chun Liu (PaulLiu), who maintains the existing rust-bitcoin packages in
Debian, has offered to sponsor the upload.
