Hi,If the package is entirely non-functional, I agree it should be removed.
I have not found a new implementation, and I won't have the time developing one.
Unless I'm mistaken, its dependency, elpa-xml-rpc, has only got elpa-debpaste as reverse dependency, so maybe it should be removed as well.
