Yes, I can duplicate the bug if I enable the ReplayGain plugin which is installed by default but not enabled by default. You might get a faster fix if you report the issue upstream: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/rhythmbox/-/work_items If you do report it there, please reply here with the link to the upstream issue.
