Hi Gideon, Your software is not mature enough yet to get shipped with Debian. Some issues I've found:
https://github.com/coder2h2/pkgfinder is not being used to maintain your 143 lines python pkgfinder script, but merely offers a .deb. pkgfinder_1.0.orig.tar.gz ships merely your script, no python style build infrastructure nor any documentation or license information. Please do some more work on your software. Also, please do not open yet another RFS bug ( #1143896 ), but reply to #1143895 . Thanks for your work!
