Severity: normal

Hello,

/etc/init.d/xen uses choom -n -1000 to start xenstored, which is
precious.

It would be very useful to use it to start xenconsoled too, to avoid
losing access to VM consoles after an OOM pass.

That's particularly important considering that the fix for the mdadm
leak is not backported yet: https://bugs.debian.org/1115497
