Hi Junichi,

(Thinking about it, it is kind of stupid not to make the documentation
sources available.  ---I think I did not do it to avoid too many
dependencies.)

I make a new version 1.2.2 with the source documentation added.  It requires
ActiveDvi because I use "whizzyedit" to build manual.tex, which requires the
files advi.sty and adviedit.sty.

Hope that it will not be a problem.
