Debian's wiki is moving to MediaWiki, and includes content in many languages. Translation headers are currently maintained by hand on every page, so packaging this extension will let us create a better reader experience with less author legwork. The wiki migration should provide a good opportunity to test this package, and the wiki team will presumably be an ongoing conduit for feedback, but the MediaWiki packaging team should be the primary maintainers.
