Dear maintainer,

I'm trying to trim down the list of packages that trigger CI builds when I upload new
mypy versions. I noticed that "python-testtools" build-depends on python3-mypy,
but it isn't run during the build nor tests. And looking at the source code, it is just
used by upstream developers as a linter.

Can you remove python3-mypy from python-testtools's build-deps as part of your
next upload? I would appreciate it.

Thanks!
