The usual way to write the changelog is something like: * New upstream (Closes: #342518) - fix german translation (Closes: #313902) ... If you already uploaded don't bother for that one. Anyway, is there anything justifying a NMU without letting a week to the maintainer on that package? New versions are not a NMU reason usually...
