I've prepared and tested clustalx NMU OK;
http://hendry.iki.fi/debian/unstable/clustalw_1.83-1.1_i386.changes

Though the njplot NMU, has font issues:
http://hendry.iki.fi/debian/unstable/njplot_0.20051109-1.1_i386.changes

My NMUed njplot displays some strange fonts on my i386 unstable system,
which can't be right. I tried comparing to a Ubuntu AMD64 dapper
version of njplot to get a "Couldn't find X visual appropriate for
OpenGL!" message that I haven't seen before. Ok, I also get that error
message for clustalx. Perhaps it's a AMD64 thing.

Hmm, since tried an older version of njplot with the help of
snapshot.debian.net. It also displays strange fonts. X issue?

If you have any experience in this matter, let me know.

Best wishes,
