Almost certainly not. I almost always use the package maintainer's copy when
prompted. apt prompted me during the last radicale to overwrite
/etc/radicale/config (?) because I need to set type=remote_user . But, yeah,
your fix should have taken. I'll keep an eye on the next radicale upgrade.
