It can query receiver state and monitor subsequent changes, with support for power, volume, muting, input selection, surround modes, tuner settings, and individual channel levels. . Main, second, and third zones can be controlled independently where the receiver supports them. The package also includes a command-line tool for displaying receiver status and probing available input sources. This library is a dependancy of Home Assistant, the Python smart home platform. I plan to maintain it as part of the Home Assistant team.
