Package: libmodbus-dev
Version: 3.1.11-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I'm aware that upstream switched from man pages to a different system
for documentation. AFAICT this caused debian to drop the man pages but
the new documentation files are not included.

I believe locally accessible documentation is still useful and should
be the norm. Therefore I ask you to either provide a -doc package that
is recommended by the -dev package or just include the documentation
in the -dev package directly.

Thank you for your consideration and for maintaining this package.
Harald
