Hello,

this seem to be no xine issue at all.
I was able to reproduce it with xine, kaffine (frontend for xine) and kplayer
(frontend for mplayer). I was unable to reproduce it with mplayer.

My System:
Lifebook C1320, selfbuilt 2.6.19 Kernel
Debian Testing, X.org 7.0.22 and
xserver-xorg-video-i810 1.5.1.0-2
Intel Corporation Mobile 915GM/GMS/910GML Express Graphics Controller (rev 03)
kaffeine: 0.8.1-3 (from etch)
xine: 0.99.4-2 (from etch)
kplayer: 0.5.3-0.4 0 (from debian-multimedia.org)
1:1.0-pre8-0.0 (from debian-multimedia.org)

Keep smiling
yanosz
