The golang-github-stevvooe-resumable had its last upstream git commit around 8 years ago, to add a deprecation notice: https://github.com/stevvooe/resumable DEPRECATED: This package is now deprecated. Just use the crypto/sha256 package in the standard library. See an example in the tests. It has no reverse dependencies in Debian. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-stevvooe-resumable This removal request is part of a larger batch to remove 100+ unused golang-*-dev packages from Debian. I believe the QA cost associated with keeping all of them is larger than the cost of (hopefully extremely rare) re-introduction of any accidentally removed package if there is ever any future need for it.
