The golang-github-twstrike-otr3 package ships upstream code from 2016, and appears unmaintained. It has no reverse dependencies in Debian. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-twstrike-otr3 The upstream project IS active, however it has changed name in the go.mod import file, and thus according to Debian Go Team policy should be packaged under a separate source package name: https://github.com/coyim/otr3 This removal request is part of a larger batch to remove 100+ unused golang-*-dev packages from Debian. I believe the QA cost associated with keeping all of them is larger than the cost of (hopefully extremely rare) re-introduction of any accidentally removed package if there is ever any future need for it.
