The golang-github-jimstudt-http-authentication package ships upstream
source code from 2014, and it appears unmaintained. It has no reverse
dependencies in Debian.

The upstream project had a last git commit 12 years ago:

https://github.com/jimstudt/http-authentication

This removal request is part of a larger batch to remove 100+ unused
golang-*-dev packages from Debian. I believe the QA cost associated
with keeping all of them is larger than the cost of (hopefully extremely
rare) re-introduction of any accidentally removed package if there is
ever any future need for it. Meanwhile, I don't think it is useful to
keep this package in Debian.
