Bug#1078924: hostapd 2.12 now out

[Christopher Martin]

Hello,

Now that hostapd 2.12 is out, the 2.10 in sid is starting to look
quite old. Perhaps 2.11 could be pushed to sid, and 2.12 uploaded to
experimental?

Thanks.
