The golang-github-cznic-strutil package ships upstream code from 2015 and appears unmaintained. It has no reverse dependencies in Debian, except for golang-github-cznic-b which has a RM bug open in https://bugs.debian.org/1145636 and lacks further reverse dependencies. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-cznic-strutil The upstream project was archived in 2018: https://github.com/cznic/strutil This removal request is part of a larger batch to remove 100+ unused golang-*-dev packages from Debian. I believe the QA cost associated with keeping all of them is larger than the cost of (hopefully extremely rare) re-introduction of any accidentally removed package if there is ever any future need for it.
