Forget to mention, the last fmtlib 10 transition has trouble with autopkgtest. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1086696#41 The old transition bug didn't mention how it was fixed. We may need to pay attention this time as well. -- Shengjing Zhu
