Note: I also said "unfortunately this one was not in the set of packages that fixed themselves". I just meant that the package did not magically start building ok again, but in retrospective I see that saying that could have been a little bit misleading (sorry). The reason for the original failure (the hdf5 thing) was probably fixed (in another package). Thanks.
