neovim 0.12 changed the default 'guifont' to a list ("Source Code Pro,
DejaVu Sans Mono,Courier New,monospace"). nvim-qt 0.2.19 can't parse
list-valued guifont, reports "Unknown font" in :messages and pauses upon
startup for about a second trying to show that error somewhere, freezing
user input. Happens before user config runs, so can't be worked around.
Upstream fixed this in 0.2.20 by

Could you backport that fix or update neovim-qt package to 0.2.20?
