Bug#1112350: cinnamon: recommends touchegg which is not in unstable

Hi, touchegg was present in ubuntu, (now seems not present on latest version) and installed only from ppa and custom build (also in Debian in some cases), so I keep it in recommends.

There is a working in progress for native gestures support: https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/pull/13644

Anyway for now seems will support only wayland session and the xorg one will still use touchegg. I'll probably keep touchegg in recommends for now.
