The newest Nvidia proprietary driver packaged in Debian non-free is 550 (or 555 in experimental but I wouldn't recommend that), which is already known to be out of date (https://bugs.debian.org/1081302, etc.). If you obtained the 610.57.04 driver directly from Nvidia, perhaps from <https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/tesla/driver-installation-guide/debian.html>, please contact their support channels rather than Debian's.
