Dear Maintainer,
When python3-apt is not installed, running reproducible-check --help will
raise an uncaught exception:

$ reproducible-check --help
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/reproducible-check", line 32, in <module>
import apt
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'apt'
```
It already displays an error to the user to to install python3-xdg and
should do the same for python3-apt.
