FYI: Mozc 3.33.6133+ds1-0.1 could be built with libabsl20260817 (experimental), so it's safe with abseil transition. [1]

Thus protobuf transition might break it. (not sure) Mozc 3.33.6133+ds1-0.1 will be sent to 15 delayed queue, and wait dfsg team review. so to be careful with such a transition for a while.
