A single "groot collect" pulls pod logs, control-plane logs, events, and selected API snapshots in parallel from YAML, and packs them into one .tar.gz archive for incident response, troubleshooting, and RCA. It does not analyze the cluster or render a diagnosis; it archives evidence for tickets, teammates, or retention. Operator playbooks and deployment profiles live in a separate selfhosted repository; this package ships the CLI binary. I intend to maintain this package under the Debian Go Packaging Team. Packaging will live on Salsa at go-team/packages/groot. Binary packages from GitHub Releases (GoReleaser .deb) are not Debian packages and will not be used as-is.
