Dear Maintainer,

When compiling with -mmcu=attiny412, the include macro's are not resolving to
__AVR_ATtiny412__, but when --mmcu=ATtiny412 is used (e.g. first two letter
upper case), it works. However, then the compiler throws the error "avr-gcc:
fatal error: cannot read spec file ‘device-specs/specs-ATtiny412’: No such file
or directory". The wile does exist, however, in lower case.
