Please remove the packages libprotobuf-java php-google-protobuf python3-protobuf ruby-google-protobuf (or just all binaries from src:protobuf) from experimental. The source now builds versioned language bindings with a major version provided by upstream to match the upstream versioning, see #1143480. This is however a lower version than 36.x currently in experimental. (As "upgrading" from experimental is not supported, it should be fine to go back to a lower version.) Ansgar
