Bug#1148880: lintian: missing-prerequisite-for-pyproject-backend flit_core.buildapi: please check for python3-flit

[Alexandre Detiste]

Package: lintian
Version: 2.141.0
Severity: important

Dear Lintian Maintainers,

To avoind needlessy pulling in python3-pip & python3-setuptools
in ever single flit run, the engine "python3-flit" has been spun-out.

Please rework lintian to check for "python3-flit | flit" instead of "flit".
