I see Jochen has dropped from uploaders, hence replacing him by package team email alias. bugwarrior is also scheduled for autoremoval (October 12th) affected by RC bugs similar issue as python-phabricator (pkg_resources removal) - https://bugs.debian.org/1147331 - https://bugs.debian.org/1147553 I have tested a build of this patch against stable, since unstable does not build, and it is building fine without python-phabricator.
