Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?

Please enable --with-mozc. It enables new implementation of
Mozc support.

In https://bugs.debian.org/1085173, I'm working on updating
Mozc from 2.29.5160.102 to 3.33.6133.

uim-mozc could be managed to follow up to Mozc 3.33.6133 with some
patches, but it is not sustainable.

Recently, I knew that uim itself implements Mozc support, so
uim-mozc should be taken over from Mozc to uim.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
  ineffective)?

I've sent MR https://salsa.debian.org/debian/uim/-/merge_requests/17.

* What was the outcome of this action?

To keep uim user experience, I suggest the following migration steps.

1. Enable uim-mozc for uim.
2. Upload uim-mozc into new queue (dfsg-team review)
3. When uim-mozc is accepted, deferred upload mozc 3.33.6133 without
uim-mozc. 4. When mozc 3.33.6133 is ready, uim-mozc take over process
finishes.

(I assume that the files for uim-mozc is not distributed across multiple
packages. It needs extra breaks/replaces.)

FYI: current mozc 3.33.6133~exp10 requires dfsg-review because of
supporting uim-mozc. I've found that this approach should be
withdrawn. if both of uim and mozc requires dfsg-review, it takes
extra cost for migration process.

That is why I suggest taking over inside uim.

Best Regards,
