  Programming Lang: C (compiled to WebAssembly), JavaScript
  Description : JPEG 2000 decoder for pdf.js, compiled to WebAssembly

The OpenJPEG wrapper pdf.js uses to decode JPEG 2000 images (the JPXDecode
filter) embedded in PDF files. It is built with Emscripten, and the pure
JavaScript fallback that upstream ships is built from the same sources with
-s WASM=0.

I need it as a build-dependency of the zotero-reader package I am working
on. It is not zotero specific: it is a general JPEG 2000 decoder compiled
to WebAssembly.

The build runs upstream's compile.sh / compile_lib.sh (emcmake + emcc on top
of uclouvain/openjpeg, pinned in the Dockerfile; the Docker step is only the
emsdk environment). Upstream publishes only the built .wasm and pins no
toolchain version, so the module is not byte-identical to the published one;
as with pdfjs-qcms, debian/README.source will document the comparison used
instead.

I intend to package the sibling modules (pdf.js.jbig2, pdf.js.quickjs) the
same way. pdfjs-qcms is already ITP'd as #1149220.

Thanks,
Emfox
