I think we should just drop any CLI tools from ruby-sass. In the long
term, we should probably remove it entirely, but the reverse
dependencies need to be updated first.

Reverse-Depends
===============
* libplack-middleware-file-sass-perl
* openqa-common
* sass-spec

Reverse-Recommends
==================
* libplack-middleware-file-sass-perl
* nanoc
* ruby-haml [amd64 arm64 armhf i386 loong64 ppc64el riscv64 s390x]
* sass-elisp
* sass-spec

I just uploaded a version of ruby-sass that removes the command line
tools. You could make dart-sass Breaks: and Replaces: ruby-sass (<<
3.7.4-7~)
