Hello, #1149288 is not a FTBFS with boost, but with pybind11. It was fixed in subsequent versions of the package. Could you please test simgrid v4.1-6 to see whether it works with the next boost release? If not, I think it should be in another bug report, but feel free to un-merge those ones if you prefer.
