WebKitGTK can no longer work on big-endian architectures as a result of an
upstream move from Cairo to Skia, as announced in
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2026/09/msg00139.html> and #1148038.

swt4-gtk could in principle have only its WebKitGTK-dependent binary
package removed from s390x (#1148244) but there doesn't appear to have
been any progress towards this. As a result I'm now suggesting that
swt4-gtk should be removed from s390x in its entirety.

The packages that would become unbuildable on s390x as a result of
removing swt4-gtk are all Architecture: all, except for libjogl2-java,
openjfx and (indirectly) scilab, for which I've opened separate removal
requests.
