Ack from stremio's maintainer: please go ahead. stremio is a WebKitGTK shell, so there is nothing to disable on big-endian: webkit6 is a hard dependency of the application itself.
I am leaving Architecture: any, as epiphany-browser does, so it would come back by itself if WebKitGTK ever supports big-endian again.
