The Debian installer for version 13.7, file debian-live-13.7.0-amd64-standard.iso when installed places Rsync files in the /etc directory but no binary is installed. The package descriptor, debian-live-13.7.0-amd64-standard.iso.packages, says that rsync should be installed but it is not. The live version has rsync but not the installed.
