Dear maintainer, the intention of Built-Using field is to keep source packages in the archive that were incorporated during build and where the license requires that the full source is retained. See https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#additional-source-packages-used-to-build-the-binary-built-using telegram-desktop records the version of ms-gsl in Built-Using. However, the license of ms-gsl does not require that the full source is retained. For such cases, please use Static-Built-Using instead. Cheers -- Sebastian Ramacher
